So, I finally got my hands on this replica of the OMEGA Speedmaster “Silver Snoopy Award” 50th Anniversary watch. I’ve been eyeing it for a while, you know, and it’s quite popular, so I was pretty excited when I made up my mind to purchase it.
I went ahead and ordered it from the copy’s store, mimicking the official flagship route. I thought it would be a fun little experiment to see how the whole experience compares.

- Wore it around the house for the rest of the day, just because I could.
I compared it to some pictures of the original online, and honestly, it’s a pretty decent replica. The details are all there, and it even has that cool case back that makes the original so special. Obviously, it’s not the real deal, but for a fraction of the price, I’m not complaining.
I’ve been wearing it for a few days now, and it’s been keeping time well. I even got a few compliments on it, which was pretty cool. Nobody’s going to mistake it for the real thing, but it’s a fun conversation starter.
Overall, I’m pretty happy with this replica Speedmaster. It’s a cool watch, it looks good, and it didn’t break the bank. Would I rather have the original? Sure. But until I win the lottery, this replica will do just fine.
