Alright, so let’s talk about this bag I just remade – the Small Prada Galleria Saffiano Leather Bag, the one you see on the official flagship store. Big name, right? PRADA. Sounds fancy, and it is.
First off, I got my hands on some of that Saffiano leather. This stuff is tough, you know? Not the flimsy kind. Feels real solid.
- Started by cutting out the pieces. This took some time, had to make sure everything was just right.
- Then, I sewed the main parts together. This wasn’t a quick job, no sir. Gotta be precise, or it won’t look like the real deal.
- Attached the lining. Chose a nice, soft material cause this is a fancy bag after all.
- Then came the handles. This was tricky. Needed to make sure they were sturdy and looked just like the original. I spent a good chunk of time getting these just right.
- The final touch, added the Prada logo. It’s that triangle thing. Can’t forget that, it’s what makes it a Prada. It’s what tells everyone “hey, look at my fancy bag”.
The whole thing took me a while, I won’t lie. But seeing it all come together? Worth it. It’s small, yeah, but not too small. You can fit your essentials in there, no problem.
Now, I heard the original one is super expensive. More than what I’ve ever spent. But this one I made? Looks just as good, if I do say so myself. And didn’t cost me an arm and a leg.
The Result
