So, I started looking into this watch, the Patek Philippe 5320G-011. Man, what a beauty! This thing is called a “perpetual calendar,” which sounds fancy, and it really is. I dug around and found out it’s got this rose-gold-colored dial, and it just looks so classy. It’s not too big, about 40mm across, which is perfect for my wrist. The case is made of 18k white gold. I tried to find some information about how thick it is, then I found that it is 11.13 mm. Sounds not thick for me.
I went to a couple of stores to see it in person. This watch is not cheap, but the craftsmanship is incredible. The way the date, day, and month are displayed is so clean and easy to read. This watch got a brown strap, I noticed that some people said it is brown, but I am not sure about that. And get this – it even shows the leap year! I learned that the movement inside is called “324 S Q,” and it’s automatic, which means it winds itself as you wear it. That’s pretty cool, right?
Finally, after saving up, I bought it. I know it’s a big purchase, but it is worth it. Wearing this watch is like wearing a piece of art. It feels great on the wrist, and I get compliments all the time. I mean, it’s a Patek Philippe, so you know it’s top-notch quality.
